About the TCHOPS
TCHOPS is a club for home beer, wine, and mead makers in the Tulare County area.
We participate in a number of local brewing events such as beer festivals, charity events, and the Tulare County Fair. At the Tulare County Fair, we coordinate the judging of the beer and wine entries.
Our club also holds study groups to train beer judges. We meet periodically to talk about ingredients and beer styles.
Most importantly, we share our love of the craft with each other. Many of our members have made the step from not brewing to extract brewing to all grain brewing. Most members brew with a friend, making it that much more enjoyable.
